This site is operated by Azky Consulting, Phuket, Thailand. This page explains what happens to information you send us. It is short because we collect very little.
Three things, and nothing else.
What you type into the contact form: your name, email address, an optional company name, which service you are interested in, and your message.
A bot check on the contact form, using Cloudflare Turnstile. It looks at how your browser behaves to work out whether you are a person, and when you submit the form your IP address is sent to Cloudflare so they can confirm the check passed. We use it because this form would otherwise be abused to send spam. It does not track you across other websites and it shows no advertising.
Anonymous usage statistics, through Google Analytics. This tells us which pages people read and how they found the site. It sets cookies and Google processes the data on our behalf. We do not use it for advertising, we do not run remarketing, and we have not installed any advertising pixels. If you would rather not be counted, any browser-level tracking blocker or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on will stop it, and nothing on this site will stop working.
To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the engagement. We do not use it for anything else and we do not send marketing email unless you have separately asked us to.
Your form submission is delivered to us by email through our email provider, which processes it in transit. Usage statistics are processed by Google Analytics. The bot check on the contact form is processed by Cloudflare, which receives your IP address at the moment you submit. The site is hosted on our own server infrastructure. Beyond those three, we do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone, and we take no commission or referral fee for passing enquiries on.
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to paid engagements are kept for as long as Thai accounting and tax law requires.
Anything you share with us about your business, your codebase, your vendors or your contracts is treated as confidential, whether or not we sign a separate agreement. We will not name you as a client or reference your engagement publicly without your written permission.
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email thibault@azkyconsulting.com and we will action it.
